these to the values provided by your IT department or

clock to automatically learn these from your network router
using a method called DHCP. Remember, most Internet
services do NOT require these settings to be manually

Note that the clock does not have a period key. You can
use the asterisk (*) as a period when entering IP addresses.

card or type in the employee code followed by the ENTER
key. Make sure the mag strip on the card is facing down and
to the left. To clock out, press the F2 key (or 2 key), follwed
by swiping the card or entering the employee code and
pressing ENTER.
Alternate clock-in keys programmable from the web site
(such as on the 4 and 5 keys) are also possible. For more
information, contact your timekeeping provider.
Dial Up Prefi x
If the clock must dial a prefi x for an outside line when using
the telephone line to connect to the server, press the
leftmost purple key, and enter the password 123662. Select
which dialing prefi x is needed, and how many seconds to
wait after dialing the prefi x.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Punch Receipts
The FlexClock is able to print receipts when employees
punch in and out. The receipt feature setting is set to OFF by
default, but can be changed by following these steps:
1. Press the leftmost purple key.
2. Enter the password “RCPT” (7278)
