LEVEL CONTROL (OPTIONAL)
The closing of the level input contact, free of tension, while the pump is working, will cause:
1) the dosing stops
2) the green ON led blinks
3) the display shows “
Lev
” alternatively on the second line and the actual measure.
Here above there is the example of level alarm on pH pump.
When the level contact gets opened again, the pump returns to working mode compatible with the actual inputs. NOTE:
The level alarm suspends (but not reset) the counting of the Alarm Time.
FLOW CONTROL (OPTIONAL)
The closing of the flow input contact, free of tension, will cause:
1) the dosing stops
2) the green ON led blinks
3) The display shows “Flow” alternatively on the second line and the actual measure.
When the flow contact gets opened again, the pump returns to working mode compatible with the actual
inputs. NOTE: The flow alarm resets the counting of the Alarm Time.
SIGNALS OF O.R and U.R:
The display writes OR (Over Range) when the measure exceeds the maximum limit
measurable. The display writes U.R (Under Range) when the measure falls below the minimum limit measurable.
The green LED on flashes quickly. If the pump is in Manual Functioning the dosing is not stopped.
If the pump is in the ON-OFF or Proportional Functioning the dosing is stopped.
OUTPUT FOR ALARM (RELAY 'N.O) (OPTIONAL):
The optional output for the alarms is a contact that closes
when Dual is in alarm (flow, level, Tal, OR and UR) and opens when Dual leaves the alarm state (refer to connection I in
CONNECTIONS figure on page 13)
OPERATION PROGRAMMING AND CALIBRATIONS :
During the programming if you do not push any button (+,-,
CAL) for more than 60 seconds, DUAL will leave the programming keeping the data stored until that moment.
!!! After setting the desidered Operation Programming push ESC to go back to working mode.
Choose whether you want to program or calibrate the pH or the CL as shown in the figures above
