7.4.4 Changing filter panels
When replacing the filter panels it is important to maintain the balance of the drum. Remove/
refit every other filter panel. This prevents unintentional rotation of the drum and reduces the
load on the drive chain and gearbox.
NEVER remove or refit all filter panels on just ONE side of the disc (see Figure 7.14).
1. Turn the mode selector to “HAND”.
2. Select “Service” on the operator panel, see Figure 7.15.
3. Select “Pump & Drum”, see Figure 7.16. Use
the “Jog Fwd” and “Jog Bwd” buttons to set the
drum to the desired mode, see Figure 7.17.
4. Turn the safety switch to the OFF (0) position
and lock in the OFF (0) position with a padlock.
