SNZ
" indicates that both the snooze and the alarm functions are ON ("

displayed). The alarm will be activated for 1 minute at the entered time. Press any button to interrupt the
alarm and snooze functions. The alarm will be reactivated for another minute after the snooze delay until
the right-hand selector at the back is placed in the
AL•OFF
position.

AL•ON
" indicates that the alarm is ON while the snooze function is "OFF" (only "
"-symbol is displayed).
The alarm will be activated for 1 minute at the entered time. Press any button to deactivate the alarm.

"
AL•OFF
" indicates that both the alarm and the snooze function are "OFF".
Place the left-hand selector at the back in the
NORMAL
position to return to the normal display mode. The
symbol reappears on the central display while the
symbol has been erased.
The alarm will sound for one full minute when the alarm time is reached unless you press an arbitrary button. If the
snooze mode is activated, the
symbol will flash during the snooze activation delay and during the snooze alarm
(put the right-hand selector at the back in the
SNZ
-position).
Place the right-hand selector at the back in the
AL•OFF
position to deactivate the alarm.
6. Using the Stopwatch and the Countdown Timer
Place the left-hand selector at the back in the
TIMER
position. The device will display either the stopwatch or the
countdown timer function, depending on which of these two functions was last used.
a) Stopwatch
The stopwatch mode is indicated by the “
”-symbol on the left display. Press the
SNOOZE
button to start/stop the
stopwatch (max. count is 29h 59min 59sec) and press
MODE
to reset it. Press
MODE
again to switch to the
countdown timer mode.
b) Countdown Timer
The default setting for the countdown timer appears (29h 59min 59sec) and the countdown timer mode is indicated by
the "
"-symbol. Press
MODE
to make the digits for the hours flash and enter the hours with
UP
or
DOWN
. The
digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with
UP
or
DOWN
and confirm with
MODE
. The digits for the
seconds start to flash. Enter the seconds with
UP
or
DOWN
and press
SNOOZE
to freeze the seconds and hereby
confirm the countdown. Press
SNOOZE
to start/stop the countdown and press
MODE
to reset it. The countdown
timer alarm will sound for ± 15 seconds when the count reaches zero.
Press
MODE
repeatedly to switch back to the stopwatch mode.
7. 12/24h- Mode and °C/°F
Activate the normal display mode. Press the
°C/°F
button to display the temperature in °C or °F. Press the
DOWN
button to display the time in 12h- or 24h-mode.
