Troubleshooting
Power indication LED (

Switch in input detection mode, normal condition at start-up.

All LEDs are flashing
Possibly a connection problem. Check all connections and cabling.

No image on output
Check all connectors and cabling.
Check the power of the HDMI switcher.
Only image, no sound
Check whether connectors are securely fit.
Verify whether connection cable supports DVI
Possible High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP)
problem, reset HDMI switcher
When an output is connected to the video recorder, the HDMI
switcher will lock up the audio part.
Resolution 1080p not

Verify whether the input devices fully support 1080p.
