Connection
•
Connect the HDMI cables from the HD sources (PS3, DVD player) to the input ports (

the HDMI Switcher.
•
Connect the HDMI cable from your HD display (monitor or projector) to the output port (

of the HDMI Switcher
•
Plug the 5VDC power supply connector in the HDMI Switcher DC input (

) and plug the
adaptor in the mains.
•
[only for VASH2]
The (red) power indication LED (
2
) on the front panel will flash. This
means that the HDMI switch is searching for inputs. Once inputs are detected, the LED (
2
)
will turn steady on.
•
The latest selected input port is memorized and will be detected and connected first at next
start-up.
•
The selected input port is indicated with a (green) LED (

) on the front panel.

Operation
Auto detection operation mode (only for VASH2)
•
At start-up, the HDMS switcher will sequentially scan all inputs (loop starting at 1) until a
valid input is detected.
•
Simply turn on the preferred HDMI device and the switcher will find it.
Manual operation mode
•
To turn the switcher on, press the on/off & select switch (
1
).
•
Use the on/off & select switch (
1
) on the front panel to cycle through the channels until the
preferred HDMI device is found.
•
To turn the switcher off, press and hold the on/off & select switch (
1
) for 3 seconds.
IR remote operation mode
•
Use the IR remote to power the HDMI switcher on or off.
•
Use the numbered buttons on the remote control to toggle between inputs, or use the
forward and back button.
Note:
when a HDMI device is powered on, the switcher will automatically select the input of
that device (only VASH2).
