Fuelling/Refuelling the Soldering Iron
1.
Before (re)fuelling, make sure to slide the flame switch

to the far left off position.
2.
Follow the directions on the butane gas fuel can (not included). Insert the tip into the gas filler
valve

. Use a pumping action for best results. Use only high-quality butane gas.
3.
After (re)fuelling, allow the gas to stabilize a few minutes before ignition.

1.
Make sure the exhaust vent is facing upward to avoid damaging your desk.
2.
Press the safety lock

and simultaneously pull down the trigger with your thumb.

Hold the ignition button

and release the safety lock
[3]
.
4.
Slide the flame switch

to the right for a constant flame.
