Inserting a MicroSD Card
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
Using a microSD card allows you to record images and to memorize them. To install/replace the microSD
card:
1.
Loosen the screw of the sunshield and slide the sunshield from the camera.
2.
Unscrew the front part of the camera to reveal the inner circuit.
3.
Remove the two bags of desiccants inside the camera. Remember where and how these were
placed.
4.
Remove or place your microSD card.
5.
Place the two bags of desiccants inside the camera. To know if the desiccants are good to be used,
hold the bag against a light source. If the desiccants are yellow, you can still use the same bag;
replace the bag with a new one if the desiccants are green or red.
6.
Screw the front part onto the camera. Make sure to do this very carefully in order not to damage
the screw thread.
7.
Slide the sunshield onto the camera.
Notes
The camera does not support hot-swapping. Insert or remove the microSD card with the power
disconnected.
Any data on the microSD card will be deleted when you insert the card and turn on the camera.
It is recommended to use tweezers, as the camera housing is very narrow.
