M easured value enquiry via ASCII protocol
W ith the VEGA ASCII protocol you have the ability to enquire
PC / DCS values via the E thernet or RS
232
interface . B y using
ASCII characters , a measured value enquiry is possible with
easy terminal programs such as H yper T erminal .
T he PC / DCS values are retrieved by special commands . I t is
possible to get the measured value in di ff erent resolutions ,
with / without unit or with current date / time .
T he activation of the VEGA ASCII protocol is carried out by
means of the instrument
