SETTINGS
This chapter describes the parameters available for changing with
SMS-commands. Commands can be sent both from the owner's
phone and from another phone (only with the device PIN before
the main command). PIN means a four-digit PIN, the default value
is 1234.

The balance threshold at which the device sends a
message "Balance: Value" (by default - 50)

SIM-card is of MTS, Beeline, Megaphone, or Tele2 cell
