You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

In the last four weeks you were exposed to strong sunlight or you used a tanning salon.

You have a tattoo or permanent make up in the treatment area.

■
You have stains dark brown or black colored stains, such as large freckles, birth marks, moles or warts in
the treatment area, you suffer from eczema, psoriasis, cuts, open or infected wounds, such as an ulcer or
infections or skin that is not in a suitable state in the treatment area. In these cases, wait until the injured
area heals before using Veet

If you suffer from or you have a history of keloids (keloid scar), hypersensitivity to light or you are
taking a medicine that makes your skin more sensitive to light including anti-inflammatories that are
not steroidal (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen) tetracyclines, phenothiazines, thiazides, diuretic
agents, sulfonylurea, sulfonamides, dacarbazine (DTIC), flurouracil, vinblastine, griseofulvin, alpha and beta
hydroxyic acids (AHAs and BHAs), Retin A, Re Acutane and/or topical retiniods.

You have any kind of skin problems especially problems caused by diabetes or systematic or metabolic
diseases.
■

You are currently being treated or have been treated in the past with alpha and beta hydroxyic acids
(AHAs and BHAs), Retin A, topical retinoids or azealic acid.

You were treated with Re Acutane (isotretinion) in the last six months.
■
■
You have been treated with steroids in the last three months
■
■
You have a history of herpes outbreak in the treatment area except for if you consulted with your
attending physician regarding the use of Veet
®
Infini’Silk

and you have received preventative treatment
before beginning to use Veet
®
Infini’Silk
TM
.

You suffer from epilepsy
■
■
You have an active implant, such as a pacemaker, a device to treat incontinence, insulin pump and the like.
■
■
You suffer from a disease connected to light sensitivity, such as porphyria, skin eruptions or polymorphous
rash, solar urticaria, urticaria (allergy to the sun), lupus and the like.
■
■
You have a history of skin cancer or areas with potential malignant skin growths.
■
■
You have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy in the last three months.
■
■
You have taken a prescription skin medication in the last six months – consult with a physician.
■
■
You are suffering from a disease or any other situation that because of that your attending physician
believes that the use of this device is not suitable for you.
