It is a 2-pin power-on or power-off switch through Phoenix Contact terminal block.
You could turn on or off the system power by using this contact. This terminal block
supports dual function of soft power-on/power-off (instant off or delay 4 second), and
suspend mode.

2.3 Rear Panel I/O & Functions
2.3.1 Power Terminal Block
This system supports 9V to 50V DC power input by terminal block in the rear side. In
normal power operation, power LED lightens in solid green. Supports up to 80V surge
protection.
