Drainage
When the condensate collection container is full, the dehumidifier will stop for self-protection and the “Water Full” indicator will
show a red light and the buzzer will sound.
To remove the container, pull it out squarely from the unit.
After empting the container, put it back into
position. Make sure it is properly positioned, in
order for the ’water full’ indicator to go out and to
get the dehumidifier operating properly .
Please note, in case, the water tank has not been
positioned correctly, the water full indicator will
turn into red.
Continuous drainage
When the dehumidifier is operated at high temperatures and high humidity levels, the water tank will require
more frequent drainage.
In this situation, it may be more convenient to set the unit up for continuous drainage with the following procedure:
1. Pull out the container.
2. Connect the drain hole inside the unit with the
supplied “adapter for continuous drain”.
3. Connect the adapter to a water hose with an inner
diameter of 12 mm (this water hose is not supplied
along with the unit).
4. Ensure the water will always drain away freely and
the hose remains in the right place.
NOTE!
In cold weather conditions, precautions should be taken
to prevent the water in the hose from freezing.
