Mounting of bracket
• Exchange the nuts to the spring beam bolts into the special nuts delivered in the kit. When
tightening the bolted joint a torque wrench with a maximum deviation of ±8 % must be used.
Tightening torque according to MB, M20x1,5, 420 ± 33 Nm, M22x1,5, 620 ± 49Nm. Dismount
the lower screw union on the shock absorber bracket.
• Mount the brackets according to fi gure a and b. Notice the left and right bracket. Also notice
the spacing tube which shall be placed between the bracket and the shock absorber bracket.
Tighten the nuts according to the vehicle manufacturers´ instructions.
Mounting of Onspot unit
• Mount the Onspot unit on the height 220 mm at 17” rim and 250 at 19,5” rim. If necessary, use
the spacing plates delivered in the kit between the cylinder bracket and the bracket kit to obtain
correct height. Do not tighten the screws (C) completely. NB! Always use new locking nuts when
remounting the parts.
Mounting the wheel
• According to separate mounting instructions 38-155901.
Mounting of electro and air kit
• Mount the electro and air kit according to separate mounting instruction, 38-031901. For this
installation the enclosed overfl ow valve must be fi tted between the pressure secured extra outlet
(no. 24 on the four-circuit safety valve) and P on the Onspot valve box.
