9. Troubleshooting
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury,
unplug the vacuum cleaner before performing
maintenance or troubleshooting checks.
PROBLEM: Vacuum cleaner won't run.
Cause:
Charger not firmly plugged in.
Solution:
Plug charger in firmly.
Cause:
Battery not charged.
Solution:
Recharge battery making sure cleaner is fully
connected to the end of the cord.
Cause:
No voltage in wall plug.
Solution:
Check fuse or circuit breaker.
Cause:
Switch not turned on / cleaner in upright position.
Solution:
Ensure cleaner is switched on and reclined to run.
Cause:
Brushbar clogged.
Solution:
Clean brushbar. Refer to page 5.
PROBLEM: Cleaner won’t pick up.
Cause:
Dirt container full.
Solution:
Empty dirt container. Refer to page 5.
PROBLEM: Charging light not lit when plugged in.
Cause:
Cleaner not firmly plugged in.
Solution:
Plug charger in firmly.
