Warranty
Our products are subject to strict quality controls. However, if your hybrid hea-
ter does not function correctly, we regret this very much and ask you to contact
your dealer.
VASNER provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided that
the installation and commissioning were completed in accordance with the
information in this user manual.
In the event of a fault or damage that was caused by improper handling or ins-
tallation, there shall be no claim for warranty services.
During the warranty period, devices that exhibit defects arising from material
or manufacturing faults will either be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.
Warranty services do not lengthen the warranty period nor do they trigger a
new warranty altogether.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and as soon as a
fault is detected.
