VAN RACKING MOUNT FITMENT
Step 2
1 - Slide 2 hex nuts in the rear of each rail assembly as shown.
2 - Fix the roller end caps onto place using the M8 hardware listed below. Tighten the hard-
ware with a 5mm allen key.
Step 3
1 - Slide 2x M8 x 20mm hex bolts into the side of each rail assembly.
2 - Place a ladder loop over the installed bolts, fi xing them in place with M8 fl at washers and nyloc nuts. Do not completely tighten at this stage to allow for
adjustments.

Step 4
Place the two rails onto the roof of the vehicle. Be sure that the rear door when opened, does
not contact the ladder rack.
Make sure the rear door doesn’t
connect with ladder rack.
