Error code Explanation

Error-20 Problem with reading, the tem-
perature values read are too
inconsistent or have too large
variations.
●Poor contact from the thermocouple to the board
●Defective thermocouple
●Defective A4 board
Error-17
Time limit is reached,
thermocouple not detected.
Despite heating no rise in
temperature was detected
during the set period of time.
●Electrical power > Missing phase? Before /
After the main contactor?
●SSR fault? Command from the board?
●Fault with a thermocouple or the corresponding
board
●Energy optimisation system (Sicotronic)
●Fault with a heater, faulty wiring
Error-15
Thermocouple already assigned ●Two heating zones are definitely active at the
same time, check the wiring
Error-14 Process complete but non-viable ●Certain temperature measurements are
suspect, the allocation may not be reliable
●Check the wiring
Error-13 Measured temperatures greater
than 150°C
●Starting temperature is too high, repeat the
test, cooling the pan first. T° < 50°C preferably
●SSR short circuited
●Defective thermocouple
Error-12 2 thermocouples detect the
same heating zone
●Wiring fault, check the SSR wiring, and heater
wiring if appropriate
