Click on the

Click on this sub-section to define the corresponding parameters
that will be used during the chromatographic run.
Parameters Control
Select from the list the
Time Constant
to be used for smoothing
of the detector. Four choices are available: 0.1, 0.5, 2.0, 4.0
and 8.0 seconds. Generally, small
Time Constant
gives fast
detector signal response and more noise.
Select from the list the
PMT Voltage
to be applied to the
photomultiplier tube. Three choices are available: High,
Medium or Low. Generally, the higher the voltage is, the
greater is the sensitivity of the photomultiplier tube to light.
