Residual risks
Residual risks may be reduced when the user carefully follows the "safety instructions" and the use of the product
"in accordance with its intended purpose" as well as all instructions stated in this manual.
Awareness and caution reduce risk of injury and damage.
Even when the tool is used as prescribed it is not possible to eliminate all residual risk factors. The following
hazards may arise in connection with the tool’s construction and design:
-
Ignoring or omitting to follow the safety precautions may result in injury or damage.
-
Moving parts may cause injury to hands or feet whenever the user is careless, does not follow the safety
instructions or when he uses the machine for other purposes.
-
Spilled hydraulic oil may pose a risk of slipping for the operator and fire.
It is therefore possible that non-apparent residual risks may persist although all protective measures have
been taken.
