J5 Clear RTC jumper

This jumper allows you to reset all register bits in the RTC well.

Normal mode (default):

Pins 1 and 2 shorted

No shorting

Clear RTC mode:

Pins 2 and 3 shorted

Note: Unless registers are being cleared (only to be done in the G3 power state), the
signal input must always be high when all other RTC power planes are on.

J6 LPC debug connector (18)

The LPC debug connector is for connecting a debug card to monitor the BIOS POST status.
