Description of the numbered areas

Enter a channel name that shall not be any one of the names in use

device (the protocols are supported by the .ipk file installed)
For certain protocol, more configuration parameters are required. Taking Modbus RTU
protocol as an example, further information is needed.

Choose serial or TCP communication

Both Modbus RTU and Modbus ASCII are available (Modbus RTU for example)
