These backup switches control the external power feed to
the P-Mags. Normally it is set to “AUTO”, meaning the P-
Mags are powered through the VP200.
To check the internal alternator of the P-Mags, external
power can be easily cut with these switches in the “OFF”
position.
Also, in case of total electrical system failure, the P-Mags can
be directly powered from the battery via an automotive fuse
with the switches in the “Man ON” position. Below 800-900
RPM, the internal alternator is unable to supply enough
power for the P-Mags.
For more details, refer to 7.11“Electrical System”.

Boost” Backup Switch

Boost” Backup Switch

Boost” Backup Switch

This backup switch controls the power feed to the Fuel
Boost Pump. Normally it is set to “AUTO”, meaning the Fuel
Pump is being powered through the VP200 system/logic.
Should the need arise, the Boost Pump can be manually
switched “OFF” or “MAN ON” which completely overrides
the VP200 system, taking power directly from a fused cable
from the battery.
