SET-UP
HEAT BLOCKING INSTALLATION
1. Carefully remove Heating Block and Controller from packaging inside shipping box. Place the
Heating Block on a working surface that is clear of heat sensitive items, such as paper or equipment,
or heat conducting material.
2. Connect power cord into the power receptacle on the front of the Controller. Connect the power cord
to a 120 V outlet.
OPERATION
HEATING BLOCK OPERATION USING THE CONTROLLER
1. Turn on the Controller using the on/off power switch. The red number in the upper display is the
current temperature of the Heating Block.
2. Setting the Temperatur
e: Push the “P” key until you reach the display that shows SP (Set Point).
Adjust to your desired temperature, represented in Celsius,
using the arrows. Push the “F” key to
start the Heating Block.
This will light up the “Out Run” display. Push the “P” key 3 times to see the
current temperature of the heating block. You will see the temperature begin to rise to your SP.
