making sure that your path is clear and that you are visible to motor traffic;

Never drive backwards off a kerb;
•
Never drive a kerb or step up or down if it is higher than one third of the diameter of the wheels in cm;

Never drive your scooter over a gap;
•
Do not drive your scooter in icy or salted conditions;
•
Always check with your doctor to determine if any of the medications you are taking may affect your judgment
and/or your ability to operate your scooter. Also check with your physician cocnerning your physical ability to
operate a scooter.
