ADJUSTMENT AT 2500N
Next, apply the 2500N by turning the load-cell
pressurizer handle clockwise (to the direction of
“down”).
Make sure that the FUTEK displays 2500N ±10N .

Check the MS-451PV display
If the MS-451PV shows the pressure out of 2500N

volume” using a precision screwdriver.
Use the offset adjustment volume to adjust the
value on the lower side.
Plus (+) volume: to make wide change
Minus (-) volume: to make small adjustment
Make sure that MS-451PV shows 2500N ±10N .

Final Check
Check the 0N and 2500N again to see if both
points are within
±10N . If not, adjust these points
again until they are in the tolerance.
