Return Policy
Return Procedure
In case that it becomes necessary to return this product or part of this product, the following steps
should be followed:
1. Return authorization:

brief description of the reason for return (just for statistics propose). Returns will not be processed by
phone or live chat.
This (RMA) number must appear on the outside of the shipping box. Returns will not be accepted if
the return slip is not clearly visible from the outside box.
2. Freight policy:
The customer is responsible for freight charges when this product is shipped to seller for service.
The seller will pay the shipping back once the product is repaired.
3. Return address:
The Customer Service Department will send you the return address when RMA number provided.
