Step
4:
Temporarily
insert
a
pushrod
into
the
elevator
pushrod
exit
slot.
Use
the
position
of
the
pushrod
to
align
the
elevator
control
horns
onto
the
undersides
of
the
elevator
halves.
Mark
the
locations
of
the
control
horn
mounting
holes
onto
the
elevator
halves
and
drill
holes
at
the
marks.
Do
not
drill
all
the
way
through
the
elevator
halves!
Thread
a
screw
into
the
hole
and
back
it
out.
Apply
a
couple
drops
of
thin
CA
glue
to
the
hole
and
let
it
harden.
Attach
the
elevator
control
horns
to
the
elevators
using
four
screws.
