SERIAL NUMBER INFORMATION
The serial number of all self-contained refrigerators and freezers is located inside the unit on the left hand
side near the top on the wall.
Always have the serial number of your unit available when calling for parts or service.
This manual covers standard units only.

RECEIVING
AND
INSPECTING
THE
EQUIPMENT
All
Valpro
Commercial
Refrigeration
products
undergo
a
rigorous
multipoint
inspection
process
prior
to
packaging
and
shipping
to
assure
our
products
are
received
in
perfect
condition
and
working
order.
Even
though
our
equipment
is
packaged
to
prevent
damage
in
transit,
if
goods
have
been
shipped
via
3rd
party
merchandise
must
be
inspected
before
accepting
shipment
.
Valpro
assumes
no
responsibility
for
damage
while
in
transit.
Care
should
be
taken
during
unloading
so
the
equipment
is
not
damaged
while
being
moved
into
the
building.
1.
Merchandise
must
be
inspected
prior
to
carrier
leaving
your
premises
and
damage
noted
at
this
time
with
the
carrier
.
Any
claim
for
damages
must
be
made
by
consignee
directly
with
the
carrier.
2.
If
damaged,
open
and
inspect
the
contents
with
the
carrier.
Damage
must
be
recorded
with
the
driver.
Delivery
receipt
should
be
noted
if
driver
was
unable
or
unwilling
to
wait
to
allow
inspection.
If
there
appears
to
be
excessive
damage
which
would
be
deemed
non-repairable,
then
the
shipment
should
be
refused
and
delivery
receipt
noted
"refused
due
to
damage".
3.
In
the
event
that
the
exterior
is
not
damaged,
and
upon
opening
there
is
concealed
damage
notify
the
carrier
within
5
days
of
receipt
and
request
an
inspection
by
the
shipping
company.
4.
Retain
all
crating
material
until
an
inspection
has
been
made
or
waived.
