Set the manifold pressure
1. Remove the valve access panel (5 screws) on the
left hand side of the appliance case. If the appliance
is already installed, you will need to pull the left
hand side out of the cavity.
2. Fit a manometer to the
manifold pressure test tap
on the valve—see fi gure
at right.
3. Light the appliance and
turn the control to full
input.
4. Adjust the pressure
adjustment screw using
a small jeweller’s size
fl at blade screwdriver—
as shown below—while
the appliance is running
at full input to produce
manifold pressure, as per
Specifi cations table on page 1.

5. Turn off the appliance, remove the manometer and
tighten the test tapping screw. Check for leaks.
6. Complete the required details of label “This
appliance was converted on... by...” position along
with the label “This control has been converted...”
onto the inside face of the controls cover panel.
7. Refi t and secure the controls cover panel.
8. Push the fi replace back into the cavity.
Re-install the fuel bed logs
Reinstall the fuel bed in the fireplace following
instructions in the installation instructions supplied
with the appliance.
Fit the conversion labels
1. Complete the required details of label
“This
appliance was converted on... by...”
.
2. Fit the conversion label with the new specifi cations
label on the back side of the lighting instructions
card rolled up at the right of the fi rebox behind the
side access door.
3. Fit the label
”This control has been converted...”
inside the control valve access panel on the left side
of the appliance case near the control valve.
