Operating your fireplace
Preventing inadvertent ignition
You can use one of the following two methods
to ensure that your
fi
replace will not turn on
unexpectedly.
• Press the O button on the manual on/o
ff
switch on
the left hand side of the
fi
replace, behind the trim.
• Alternately, remove all batteries from the battery
holder in the control area (see next page), and the
handset.

(in certain conditions)
Your
fi
replace’s remote control is equipped with an
automatic shut-o
ff
mechanism which is activated
in certain conditions. See
Remote Control Operation
