Set post-duration samples for transient data.

set_cct interval -1
is used for time of flight measurements. When command
get_tr_snapshot
is
issued the CCT is activated and the transient recorder starts simultaneously. The time difference from start
sample to the sample of first threshold crossing is the time of flight.
set_data_log enabled
Enable/disable data logging mode. Enabling logging mode is only possible, if the data log memory is empty
(execute command
clear_data_log
before).
