front wheel free and clean.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the car does not start:
- check the electrical connections
- check the extension cord or change the power socket
- check the main switch of the house
If the engine stops:
-
excessive load and intervention of the automatic protection
device against overloads; wait for the engine to cool down and
decrease the working depth
.
- check the electrical connections
- check the extension cord or change the power socket
- check the main switch of the house
- decrease the working depth
- check that the drain is not clogged
If engine power decreases:
- clogged drain, basket too full, working height too low (correct the
working depth)
If the grass catcher (if present) does not fill:
- correct the working depth
- make sure the grass is not too heavy to be pushed into the basket
- make sure the grass is not damp
If ventilation is unsatisfactory:
- correct the working depth
- the grass is too tall. Before airing, cut the grass.
- the prongs may be worn; replace the complete aerator cylinder.
If the aerator vibrates abnormally:
- check that the work tool is not damaged
- check that the work tool is mounted correctly
- check that there is no grass or material stuck in the work tool
ATTENTION! If after carrying out the interventions described above
the machine still does not work correctly or in the event of ano-
malies other than those indicated above, take it to an authorized
assistance centre. Refer to the machine model and serial number
shown on the technical data label.
STORAGE
- After each use, carry out a general cleaning of the entire machine
and its ancillary parts (see maintenance paragraph); this prevents
mould from forming.
- Keep the machine out of the reach of children, in a safe, dry, tem-
perate and dustfree place.
- Store the machine away from direct sunlight, if possible in a dark
or barely lit place.
- Do not store in a nylon bag as this could encourage the formation
of damp patches.
- At the end of the cutting season the machine should receive an
overall cleaning and thorough check-up of the condition of its
components.
- The handgrip can be folded to take up less space.
