The power tool
fails to start
ISwitch in the OFF “O” position Flip the switch to the ON “I” position
Flat battery Fully charge the battery
Battery not correctly inserted in the tool
housing
Take out the battery and insert it correctly
The battery has overheated and the internal
auto reset protection has cut in
Wait for the battery to cool down
Power tool or battery faulty Replace the battery and/or contact an authorised
service centre
The tool starts
but does not
smooth the
material or
smoothes
slightly.
Abrasive worn out Replace the abrasive
Unsuitable abrasive Change the type and texture of the abrasive
Non-tensed abrasive Reposition the abrasive correctly
The battery
does not
charge
Battery not correctly inserted in the battery
charger housing
Take out the battery and insert it correctly
Battery charger or battery not ready for
charging. Battery is overheated.
