4. Use and care:
4.1. Before use:
4.1.1. Before use, remove all nails and other metal objects from the workpiece.
4.1.2. Make sure that the workpiece is properly sup-ported or fixed.
NB: Never put the machine down on a table or a work-bench before it has been switched off.
4.2. Assembly:
NB: Before assembly, always switch off the machine and remove the mains plug from the
mains.
4.2.1. Mounting and removing the drill bit (fig. B)
The machine is suitable for use of the following drill bits: -Wood (HSS) -Metal (HSS) -Concrete /
masonry (hard metal)
Mounting
1. Place the chuck key (10) into one of the holes in the chuck (6).
2. Open the chuck (6) by turning the chuck key (10) counterclockwise.
3. Insert the drill bit (12) into the chuck (6).
4. Close the chuck (6) by turning the chuck key (10) clockwise.
5.6Remove the chuck key (10) from the chuck (6).
Removing
1. Place the chuck key (10) into one of the holes in the chuck (6).
2. Open the chuck (6) by turning the chuck key (10) counterclockwise.
3. Remove the drill bit (12) from the chuck (6).
4. Close the chuck (6) by turning the chuck key (10) clockwise.
5. Remove the chuck key (10) from the chuck (6).
