6. Lane Alert settings
Left warning point
This button is used to set the left alert timing of the lane alert function.
When this button is pressed, the LED indicates “|‾ ‾|”, and the left
alert timing is set to the current lateral position of the vehicle relative to the
left line. If the setting is successful, “LPON” is displayed on LED. If the setting
failed, “LPER” is displayed on LED.
Right warning point
Vehicle Speed
This button sets the minimum speed above which lane alert function is
activated. When pressed, the activation speed is set to the current vehicle
speed. The recommended speed should be over 40 km/h because under
this speed, wrong alert might occur. If the setting is successful, “VSON” is
displayed on LED. If the setting failed, “VSER” is displayed on LED.
This button is used to set the right alert timing of the lane alert function. Wh
en this button is pressed, the LED indicates “|‾ ‾|”, and the right alert
timing is set to the current lateral position of the vehicle relative to the right
line. If the setting is successful, “RPON” is displayed on LED. If the setting fail
ed, “RPER” is displayed on LED.
