IS0231 Vacuum Feeder Assembly Instructions
29. Replace the case carefully, being sure NOT to crush any of the
wires.
30. Reattach the case to the chassis by reversing steps 1-5. Do not
close the front operator panel.
31. Remove the current lid and bracket from the unit.
32. Attach the new lid bracket to the unit using three (3) M6 button-
head cap screws.
33. Attach the new lid (with-vacuum feeder) to the bracket.
34. Reattach the rectangular connector to the air valve.
35. Remove the yellow cap from the end of the feeder tube.
36. Slide the level probe through the cable clamp on the top of the lid.
Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the probe to the clamp.
The top of the sensor should be about .25" above the top of the
clamp.
27. Attach the three (3) flying leads from the amplifier box to the
terminal block.
28. Attach the three (3) flying leads from the included cable assembly
to the other side of the terminal block.
38. Repeat step 36, except for the knockout on the top of the case.
37. Snap one of the black plastic clips around the level sensor wire
and the cable assembly, and insert the clip into the knockout on
the center bulkhead.
