Using the appliance
B
(The characteristics and appearance of the dish and cutlery racks may vary according to
the model.)
Place items in the dishwasher as follows:
• Objects such as cups, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. should face downwards.
• Curved or recessed objects should be loaded at an angle so that the water can drain away.
• All utensils should be well stowed so that they do not tip over.
• All utensils should be placed so that the wash arms can rotate freely during the wash.
• Load hollow objects, such as cups, glasses, pans, etc., with the opening facing downwards
so that water does not collect.
• Dishes and cutlery should not be nested or overlapping.
• To avoid damage, glasses should not touch.
• The top rack is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishes, such as glasses and
coffee and tea cups.
• Long-bladed knives stored vertically are a potential hazard!
• Long and/or sharp cutlery, such as carving knives, should be placed horizontally in the top
rack.
• Do not overload your dishwasher. This is important for good results and reasonable energy
consumption.
NOTE
:
Very small items should not be washed in the dishwasher as they could easily fall
out of the rack.
Unloading dishes
To avoid water dripping from the top rack onto the bottom rack, we recommend emptying the
bottom rack first and then the top rack.
WARNING
:
Dishes will be hot!
To avoid damage, wait about 15 minutes after the end of
the programme before removing glasses and cutlery from the dishwasher.
