Instead of grease, use only water or com-
mercially available soft soap to aid install-
ation.
12. Replace the seals.
13. Insert the flow and return pipes into the heat exchanger
as far as they will go.
14. Ensure that the clips on the flow and return connection
have been attached correctly.

16. Fill and purge the product and, if necessary, the heating
installation.

Pull out the plug for the pressure sensor.

Remove the fastening clip

Remove the defective pressure sensor

4.
Replace the pressure sensor.
5.
Fill and purge the product and, if necessary, the heating
installation.

Install the new temperature sensor.

When reinstalling, note the colour of the conductors.

Remove the defective pump

Detach the connection

Replace the seals.
7.
Install the new pump. To do this, proceed in reverse
order.
