Non segmented SMGM system / single segment system

If the built-up system is a single segmented system - without transitions (crossover pieces), a higher traversing
speed is possible.

The maximum travel speed is included in such a system: 240 m/min.

If a speed of more than 180 m/min driven, the skids of the coupler are subject to
increased wear, this reduces the each of the runners and increases the mainte-
nance.

The configuration with regard to the maximum segment length is to be observed.
