Mounting instructions
Vor dem Verschrauben der Anschlusslei-
tungen wie folgt vorgehen:
▸ Anschlussleitungen auf ca 220 mm Ein-
zeladerlänge absetzen
▸ Kabelschuhe anbringen
▸ Anschlussleitungen durch die M-Ver-
schraubung führen

Beschädigungsgefahr durch
Verpolung!
Achten Sie auf die Polzuordnung der
Anschlussleitungen zu den Kenn-
zeichnungsaufklebern
▸ Kabelschuhe mit Fächerscheiben und M8
Sechskantschrauben an den Klemmen
festsetzen (

)

Beschädigungsgefahr!
Anziehdrehmoment für die Schraub-
verbindung: max 10 Nm
Before screwing down the connecting
cables, please proceed as follows:
▸ Reduce connecting cables to approx
220 mm individual strand length
▸ Attach cable shoes
▸ Guide the connecting cables through the
cable connection

Danger of damage
in case of incorrect polarity!
Check the pole assignment of the
connecting cables to the identifica-
tion labels
▸ Screw the cable shoes with the serrated
lock washer and M8 hex srews to the
clamps (

Tightening torques for the screw con-

das Kabel abgedichtet ist
▸ Gehäuse der Einspeisung zurückschieben
und verschrauben
Stromabnehmer montieren

Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
Bevor Sie die elektrische Verbindung
herstellen, müssen Sie die Anlage
spannungslos schalten!
Stromabnehmer einsetzen
▸ Stromabnehmer am Ende der Schleiflei-
tung oder im Ausbauteilstück (Standard-
zubehör, siehe Kapitel 87 ,,Ausbauteil-
stück’’) einsetzen
Durch den Sicherheitsanschlag (
1
) am
Stromabnehmer wird falsches Einsetzen
verhindert (

)
▸ Tighten the M screw connection until the
cable is sealed off
▸ Push the feed housing back into place
and screw in
Mounting the current collectors

Danger to life by electric shock!
Before creating the electrical connec-
tion you must disconnect the power
supply to the plant!
Inserting the current collectors
▸ Insert the current collectors at the end
of the conductor systems or in the exten-
sion element (standard accessories, see
chapter 87 “Extension element“)
Incorrect installation is avoided due to
the safety stop (

) on the current collec-
tor (
