Tangy Barbecue Chicken Wings
1. In your VacuWare FreshContainer,

combine all ingredients and toss wings to coat evenly.

PowerMarinate

15 minutes or more. Keep sealed & chill until ready to grill.
3. Grill at 375º F for 10 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade.
Tip: Serve with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing. For 5 alarm heat, dry rub with
Ancho pepper seasoning.

1. In your VacuWare FreshContainer,™ combine pounded steak with dry seasoning
and toss to coat evenly. Add beer and cover.

PowerMarinate™ for 15 minutes or more. (The longer you marinate, the more
tender the meat.) Keep sealed & chill until ready to cook.
3. When ready to cook, add olive oil in a sauce pan. Pour entire contents into pan
and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tip: Serve on a fresh bulky roll with mustard or steak sauce.

4. To serve, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat and garnish with lemon wedges.

Mango Teriyaki Turkey Steaks
3 lbs. turkey steaks, sliced 1” thick
from turkey breast
½ cup favorite teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
½ cup mango juice
1. In your VacuWare FreshContainer,™ place turkey steaks and sprinkle dry seasoning onto steaks.
2. Cover with teriyaki sauce and mango juice.

PowerMarinate™ for 15 minutes or more. Keep sealed & chill until ready to grill.
3. Grill until temperature reaches 185º F.
