Find “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)” and click the “Properties” to enter the setting menu

In the following menu, choose “Use the following IP address” to set up IP address
manually

1) Enter the IP address for your PC.    Be sure not to set up a duplicated IP address
with any other network devices.
2) Enter Subnet mask address.    This address should correspond to the Netmask
address of your DVR.
3) Enter Default gateway address.    This address should correspond to the Gateway
address of your DVR.
