13. Appendix 

This appendix will show you how to do the basic operation step-by-step on search, 
playback, backup, network setup, email setup, and DDNS setup. 
 

13.1 How to search and playback the footage step-by-step. 

Step 1. Press the SEARCH button 

There are two ways to enter the search menu.   
 
Option 1: If you are using the front panel or remote control, please press the “Play” 
button to enter the search menu. 
 

 

 

 

 

 

Option 2: If you are using USB Mouse, please click right button of the mouse to open 
the quick menu bar, and press the “Search” option from the quick menu bar to enter
