Remote Server 

–

 Step 7 

  In this page, connection methods to a reporting server is displayed. By default, all V-Count 
devices are set to connect to cloud.v-count.com address.  

  Also, the Serial IDs of the devices are set at factory installation and not allowed to be changed 
afterwards.

  The connection types are TCP, and MQTT. 

cloud.v-count.com

 supports only TCP and MQTT 

connections. By default, MQTT is set at factory settings for connection to 

cloud.v-count.com. 

  

“Counting Period” 

is used to adjust the interval that device stores and sends the counting 

results to servers. It is set in terms of 

minutes

. Minimum value is 1 minute and maximum value 

is 60 minutes. The counting is reset at every period.  

  

“

Max Network Data

”

 is number of detected target number to be sent to server in a single 

message. The data sent to server is divided in to pieces that each of them has “Max Network 
Data” sized data. It is used to manage the bandwidth utilization.
