CF-502 can be used for most vacuum cleaners or suction units. But it is recommended not to work with
a higher airflow than 240 m³/h.
Mode of operation
The pre-separator works by separating the vacuumed material – before the air is passed on to the suction unit.
For collection of material in collection bag (plastic), the vacuum compensation hose must be connected to the top
and the container (fig. 1). For collection of material into the container (without collection bag), the ball valve for
the vacuum compensation hose must be closed so that material from the container is not sucked directly into the
suction hose of the vacuum cleaner. (fig. 2).
Do
not
lift the pre-separator at the cyclone top or the plastic parts fitted onto it. Use the lifting handles.
Description
The collection container is equipped with 5 swivel wheels for easy handling.
The collection bag (plastic) is placed in the collection container where the material is kept in the plastic bag for
easy handling and emptying, and final disposal of the collected material.
By connecting the vacuum compensation hose to the top of the container, vacuum is opened to the outside of the
plastic bag – ensuring that the bag is open, and not sucked up inside the container.
When collecting dust hazardous to health, a collection bag must be used, and disposal must comply with the
legal requirements for material (closed container, plastic bag etc.).
