Acrylglasplatte ausbauen
1.
Nehmen Sie den Innensechskantschlüssel.
2.
Drehen Sie die drei Innensechskantriegel
(60/2) mit dem Innensechskantschlüssel
(60/1) herum.
3.
Kippen Sie die Acrylglasscheibe mit ihrer
Längsseite nach vorne. Heben Sie die
Acrylglasplatte aus der hinteren Längsnut
(60/4) heraus.
Fluter aushängen
Damit Sie den Fluter einfacher aushängen
können, ein Montagevorschlag:
1.
Drücken Sie den Fluter herunter. Schieben
Sie durch die Aussparung der Kinematik
(61/6) auf jeder Haltearmseite einen Bolzen
im Durchmesser 7 mm
(61/8, ID.-NR. 260 551) hindurch.
Die 2 Bolzen sind nur Montage-
hilfsmittel und müssen nach der
Montage des Fluters unbedingt
wieder entfernt werden.
Weiteres Vorgehen
1.
Nehmen Sie auf beiden Seiten die Mutter
(61/10) herunter und drehen Sie den Ge-
windestift (61/11) so weit heraus, bis die
Spitze nicht mehr über die Innenseite der
Lasche (61/12) hin-aus steht.
2.
Drehen Sie die 8 Zylinderschrauben mit
Innensechskant 8 x 20 (61/1) und Unter-
legscheiben heraus. Ziehen Sie den Fluter
nach oben über die Haltearme (61/7).
3.
Tragen Sie den Fluter zum Aufstellort.
Achtung!
Die Aluminiumblende
(50/2) darf beim Ablegen des Fluters
auf den Untergrund nicht beschädigt
werden.
9.2.8 Demontage Fußgestell
Fußgestell teilen
Das Fußgehäuse besteht aus 2 Teilelementen,
die miteinander verschraubt sind.
1.
Trennen Sie die Steckverbindung X15
(62/2, 62/3) zwischen rechtem und linken
Fußgestellteil.
2.
Drehen Sie die 6 Schrauben 6,3 x 16 (62/7)
mit Zahnscheiben (62/8) heraus.
3.
Tragen Sie die 2 Fußgestellteile zum
gewünschten Aufstellort.
Haltearme demontieren
(falls es die baulichen Gegebenheiten nötig
machen)
1.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben (62/4, 62/6) aus,
die seitlich und von hinten zur Befestigung
in die Haltearme gedreht sind.
2.
Ziehen Sie die Haltearme nach oben weg.
9.3 Montage
9.3.1 Abluftkanal aufstellen
Abluftkanal aufstellen
1.
Stellen Sie den Abluftkanal (62/1) etwa mittig
an der Rückseite des Besonnungsraums auf.

Removing the Acrylic Panel
1.
Take the Allan key.
2.
Turn the three hexagon socket bolts (60/2)
using the Allan key (60/1).
3.
Tilt the acrylic panel forwards.
Lift the acrylic panel out of the rear
longitudinal groove (60/4).
Removing the Canopy
Some tips for easier canopy removal:
Press down the canopy.
1.
Push a 7 mm diameter pin
(61/8, ID.-No. 260 551) through the slot in
the mechanism (61/6) on each retaining
bracket.
The 2 pins are assembly aids only
and must be removed once the
canopy is assembled.
Next steps
1.
Remove the nuts (61/10) on both sides and
unscrew the threaded pin (61/11) until the
tip no longer protrudes over the inner side
of the bracket (61/12).
2.
Unscrew the 8 pan head bolts 8 x 20 (61/1)
and washers.
Lift up the canopy over the retaining brackets
(61/7).
3.
Take the canopy to the installation site.
Take care not to damage the
aluminum panel (50/2) when
placing the canopy on the floor.
9.2.8 Removing the Base
Separating the Base Sections
The base housing consists of 2 sections, which
are held together by bolts.
1.
Separate the plug connection X15
(62/2, 62/3) between the right and left
sections of the base.
2.
Remove the 6 bolts 6.3 x 16 (62/7) with
their lock washers (62/8).
3.
Carry the 2 base sections to the place of
installation.
Removing the Retaining Brackets
(if necessary due to the shape of the building)
1.
Remove the bolts (62/4, 62/6) that are
screwed into the retaining arms at the side
and rear.
2.
Remove the retaining brackets by lifting
upwards.

Install the outgoing air duct (62/1) in the
center and at the back of the tanning room.
