Roaming is the ability to make or receive calls when you’re off the
network available to you.

Your new dual band PLS7000 by

UTStarcom works anywhere on the network available to

you and allows you to roam on other analog and 1900 MHz

digital networks where roaming agreements have been

implemented with other carriers.

This section explains how roaming works as well as special

features that let you manage your roaming experience.
