11. No sound or no image via HDMI Output

Please check if the device is connected to HDMI cable correctly, and the TV
settings of HDMI port are correct.

Please check if the HDMI cable is broken

Press the RESET button on the top of the device, then check if the HDMI
output function works correctly.
