Clean the recirculation vent filter and install.

10. Install the evaporator assembly into the vehicle.

Removal

1. Remove the heater core.

2. Remove the sealant at the pass-through and from the screw heads casing platform.

(A) sealant, (B) screws, (C) casing platform

3. Remove (4) screws from the casting platform. Remove (2) screws below the casing platform

near the servo motor.
